Space is limited to 8-10 participants per retreat. To ensure your space, register early. To register, fill out the Form and press "submit". Payment must be received in order to hold your space. Registration only without payment will NOT hold your space! Please be sure you have read and understand and agree to all stated policies listed below. To be wait-listed you should register so that you can be contacted if space becomes available.

Refund Policy: Please know that alot of planning goes into these retreats. Be a yogi and be committed to attend your event. One-half refunds are available up to 16 days prior to your event. No refunds thereafter. No refunds for last minute cancellations, no shows, late arrivals or early departures.
If you cannot attend your event, you may find your own substitute, just let Kay know.
Communications: All communications are by email. About two weeks prior to your event, you will receive driving directions, a checklist for what to bring and helpful hints for what to expect. Two days prior to your event, you will receive weather and road conditions update. Be sure to check your email before departure.
Retreat Hours: Saturday retreat hours are 12noon to 4pm, with class starting promptly at 12:30pm. Sunday retreat hours are 10am to 3pm, with class starting promptly at 10:30am.
Car Pooling: Car pooling is yogic and encouraged. If you need a ride or can share your vehicle with another retreater, please let us know so that we can assist in that effort.
Directions to Scenic View: You will receive driving directions by email and also you can print them here. Please know that while GPS is generally helpful, it is not accurate; and that Scenic View Drive is not marked, so please keep on the lookout for the green and yellow signs.
Drive Time: Please allow around 90 minutes drive time from Houston. Estimate your return home to be about an 75 minutes from departure at Scenic View. Please make every effort to arrive on time.
Road Conditions: Scenic View Retreat Center is located in a rural area and on a dirt road. During recent or heavy rains, access is best by SUV, truck or 4-wheel drive vehicle. We have an alternate entrance and if road conditions warrant use of the alternative , you will be notified by cell phone the morning of your event.
Bad Weather Policy: We will attempt to reschedule events not held due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. If you cannot attend a rescheduled event, your registration will be fully refunded.
Liability Waiver Form: All retreaters are required to sign a liability release form in order to participate in any activity at Scenic View Retreat Center.
Participation in the retreat will involve physical exercise which may result in injury. By registering for the retreat you agree to forever hold harmless Kay Westcott, her employees, representatives, and the hosting facility from any and all liability or damages resulting from either personal injury, theft or loss of personal property. It is always a good idea to consult your health care provider for approval prior to any participation in physical activity.
